This project was part of the Photography 1 module, focusing on mastering camera fundamentals through hands-on image creation. The task was to demonstrate technical control of exposure settings (ISO, aperture, shutter speed) and apply key composition techniques like rule of thirds, leading lines, and depth of field. Importantly, no editing or post-processing was allowed—only cropping was permitted—making it essential to get the shot right in-camera.
Each photo highlights a different technique: capturing motion, freezing action, using light creatively, and composing with intent. The final image in the series also explores visual storytelling through juxtaposition and emotion. This assignment sharpened my eye for detail and improved my ability to shoot manually and deliberately without relying on post-editing.
